Goaltribe provides a platform designed to help content creators and online course providers better engage their community through micro-habit tracking tools and related features.

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We use Stripe, Inc. as our payment processor. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of Stripe in addition to these Terms. We are not responsible for errors by Stripe.
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of the Services. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the Site or by email, at our option.
Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew for successive periods. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Maypop Co SAS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any inconsistency between the English language version and any translated version of these Terms, the English language version will prevail.
